永年、国際学校連盟（IASSW）の活動を支えてこられたキャサリン・ケンドル博士がご逝去なさいました。
Dr. Katherine A. Kendall died on December 1, 2010. Dr. Kendall was active in the IASSW for 60 years and worked with every president of the association except the first. She was the child administrative officer of the Association from 1954-1978, first as elected Secretary and then as Secretary General of the IASSW from 1966 until her “retirement” in 1978. Since that time, she has served as a lifetime member of the IASSW Board of Directors. Dr. Kendall known as Katherine to hundreds of social work educators on every continent provided invaluable advice to leaders of the IASSW over many years.
